This was an individual design, the first of its kind with a Brewers Fayre pub taking up half of the ground floor level. The timber frame 50 bed Travel Inn covers half the ground floor with a further 3 storeys stacked above. A steel framework was provided at the Pub / Restaurant ceiling level for the upper floors.
The flat roof design was manufactured in cassettes incorporating a fall across the roof, and also supporting a services and plant room. The timber frame elements were erected within the 26 day onsite construction time.
