A four-storey building with a masonry and steel Ground Floor structure housing 2 flats and 3 retail units. An additional 22 flats were created in the timber frame built onto the transfer slab. The design of the roof used flat roof cassettes, some trusswork and loose rafters cut onto steel beams.
