Over the years we have become industry leading experts within out field and have a vast array of experience running through the heart of the company.
All our design work is carried out by our in house designers, using the most up-to-date industry leading software. We have a seamless link between the design and manufacturing departments, which enables all our kit to be produced with the highest accuracy, consistency and efficiency.
Holbrook has purpose built modern premises based in Bridgend, South Wales. Our premises are some of the most modern in our sector with CAD/CAM links between our design team and automated framing machinery and saws. Our process is greatly assisted by our 3D visualisation software and the laser projection imagery which assists our manufacturing team in producing a consistently accurate product in a time efficient manner.
We encourage all of our clients to visit us to see the premises and what goes on behind the scenes; we are very proud of what we have achieved.
Our business is run as sustainably as possible so that we compliment the naturally sustainable industry we are in; we take protecting the environment very seriously here at Holbrook.
We consciously manage the amount of waste we produce when manufacturing all our timber products and as a result are able to create as little as 5% wastage. This wastage is then recycled to heat the factory and goes into producing more engineered timber like chipboard further reducing our actual waste to below 1%.
100% of our cardboard, paper, polythene and plasterboard waste is recycled.
Most of the building materials used at Holbrook come from sustainable managed forests, as part of a chain of custody managed by The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and The Programme for Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) schemes.
Holbrook has its own FSC and PEFC COC certificate and has a rigorous process of logging all its timber and sheet purchases so the origin can be traced via its own records and the supply chain.
